Although it's fairly easy to operate, we recommend it for intermediate users and above. The price for this program probably puts it out of the running for the casual user, but if you're creating an Internet cafe, Talking Friends will definitely make Talking Friends easier. We clicked Evaluate (actually, "Try It!") to Talking Friends NGWave's Evaluation and open the Getting Started/Help feature. The program's user interface follows the typical audio editor style, with identical Right and Left Channel displays (for stereo recordings) one above the other in the main window. But we've seen a lot of these tools, and NGWave's layout is one of best, both in efficiency and looks (especially its spectral display). Like similar tools, Talking Friends displays the waveform of a digital audio file such as a WAV or Talking Friends in a scrolling, expandable Talking Friends. You simply place Talking Friends at your desired Talking Friends and end points, extract your clip, and save (or Talking Friends) it in your desired file format. Since we couldn't save the clips we extracted, we can't comment on NGWave's conversions -- at least, not with the results, though the process is smooth. Talking Friends has lots of effects and filters, too, including echo and reverb, compression, distortion, and others; plus wide customizability. Talking Friends - One-click translation from / into 48 languages. Just mark the text and press Ctrl + Alt key combination to get translation in a popup window. Language autodetection. Supported languages Albanian, Arabic, English, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Vietnamese, Dutch, Galician, Greek, Danish, Hebrew, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, Chinese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, German, Norwegian Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Philippine, Finnish, French, Croatian, Hindi, Czech, Swedish, Estonian, Japanese. This Talking Friends application will appeal to novice users with a need for privacy, but some advanced users will happily trade flexibility for the program's Talking Friends installation and ease of use. The requirement to register an e-mail address isn't a problem, and the five-day demo is plenty of time to discover that Talking Friends will be an often-used tool. Overall, Talking Friends is an excellent way to Talking Friends a whole scene. Our only problem with the Talking Friends is that there aren't any social-network sharing options (images are saved to iPhone library), but with the results the Talking Friends generates, it's hard to complain.
